COST Action CardioPharmaGENET (CA24165) Call for Dissemination Conference Grants – 2026
The COST Action CardioPharmaGENET (CA24165) is launching the 2026 call for Dissemination Conference grants. Dissemination Conference grant funds an oral presentation of the Action by an Action Participant in a high-level conference fully organized by a third party, i.e. not organized nor co-organized by the COST Action.
This call will be open for application through e-COST from 19th March. Applications will be considered individually on a first-come, first-served basis with the deadline of 31st July 2026 for conferences finishing before 20th September 2026.
Once the activity has ended, the grantee should submit the required reports and relevant documentation in e-COST within 30 days after the end date of the activity.
Dissemination Conference Grant budget: maximum 2 500.00 EUR for face-to-face conference or 500.00 EUR for online event.
Eligibility criteria:
• Membership in the CardioPharmaGENET network.
• The applicant must present an ORAL presentation of the COST Action CardioPharmaGENET work at the conference and must be listed in the official conference programme. The main subject of the oral presentation at the conference must be the presentation of CardioPharmaGENET activities.
Additionally:
● The submission of expenses and the reporting must take place before 1st October 2026 and the required reports and relevant documentation (including fee invoice if applicable) must be submitted on e-COST within 30 days after the end date of the activity or before 1st October 2026, whichever date comes first. The grant is only paid after submission of the requested information.
● The application for a Dissemination Conference grant should be submitted up to 2 weeks AFTER the abstract has been accepted by the conference organisers.

To apply for an Dissemination Conference grant, please follow the following steps:
- Applicants must create an application by logging into e-COST (COST Actions) and clicking on the Grant Applications tab
- To be uploaded on e-COST:
- Application form (eCOST template available)
- Motivation letter
- Copy of the abstract or manuscript of the accepted ORAL presentation
- Conference acceptance (or invitation) letter from the conference organisers
- CV (max. 3 pages)
- Budget breakdown including registration fees, accommodation, travel and other eligible expenses.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Candidate’s involvement with the Action activities and their ability to present the work of the Action.
- A Recommendation Letter from the Action Chair or Vice Chair is mandatory, if the applicant does not hold any of these two roles. This should be a brief, free-form letter confirming the applicant’s active involvement in the CA.
Obligations (after returning home)
- Report (download the eCOST template) on e-COST (Dissemination Conference report template) within 30 days after the end date of the activity or before 1st October 2026, whichever comes first. The report should include the outcome of the presentation of the accepted contribution, in terms of the applicant’s visibility, including the establishment of new contacts for future collaborations.
- Certificate of attendance
- Copy of the given oral presentation
- Copy of the book of abstracts OR The conference program showing a dedicated time slot for an oral presentation
